I really like this overlay & yes, I do believe it could be the best one available on the market today for the surface laptop go 12.4"...unfortunately just like EVERY OTHER DEV OUT THERE THEY DON'T REALIZE THE covering over the power button doesn't allow your fingerprint to work, so that takes the "windows hello" by fingerprint off the table even before you use the overlay. With the technology of today you can't tell me that there isn't a way.. A skin.. A covering that can be used just on the power button alone that would allow it to read your fingerprint? Instead of having to cut out that section over the power button.I guess it's my own fault because every time I order an overlay, I think to myself "I'm sure by now that have that figured out. Especially when many devs, manufacturers, etc. Put in their product description: " works with Windows hello".. Anyhow except that minor inconvenience & the fact that cuttung the power button of the overlay off makes my overlay look pretty crappy.. This is an awesome buy!!Specifically, the function keys for volume and brightness are switched. From F2 to F6 the keys are wrong. The keys should F2 be mute, F3 volume down, F4 volume up, F5 pause, and F6 brightness down.It didn't bother me until I flipped the cover over to double-check the function keys, but the cover muffles the sound a bit.I got this hoping it would help me learn the windows shortcuts, but I had to take it off and I'll only use it on occasion. It says its also for a Surface Book 3, however the keys aren't the same. It's also difficult to see the what the keys actually are on the labels.For a non-stick product, it holds on the keyboard like a champ. Very precisely made.You can hold your laptop at a 90° angle without it falling off, great productI am very pleased. Fits perfectly and it’s helpful having the shortcuts listed right on the keyboard. I also love that is keeps dust, etc from getting into the cracks of my keyboard.It didn't fit, kept slipping off the keys. Very disappointing!Review for 13.5 inch:Don't be discouraged if you get this and the packaging only mentions that it's used on different MacBooks, because it DOES indeed fit a Microsoft Surface Book 2 with a 15" screen. What's more though, is that this tells me that anything that fits on the MacBook Pro 13" and 15", the MacBook 12" (Retina), and the MacBook Air/Pro 13"/15" (Retina), ALSO fits on the Microsoft Surface Book 2 15". But anyway, after typing with this on for quite a while now, I've never missed a beat, and could barely tell it has been on here!I was afraid this might be too thick but in fact it is thin and light. It fits perfectly over the keys on my Surface Book. I have been looking it over and have been memorizing the windows key combinations as they are printed right on the key tops. Nice!
