This pack is MASSIVE. Bought it for work because of the cooler but this is more of a travel pack. The actual back pack portion is ok but, for the pack being so big it needs better support in the straps and cross strap if you were to load it up like the video demonstrates. Hold an awful lot and is a decent pack but not for work (unless you carry a lot) or more than a short hike and picnic.This backpack is not designed for traveling. Its designed for exactly what I was looking for; a backpack to carry the items it take to my work. I basically work out of an office in an aircraft maintenance environment on 12 hour shifts. I need to bring 12 hours worth of food/snacks with me to work. It was annoying to bring both my work backpack and a lunch cooler. This back pack does both. I can carry a laptop and or iPad, along with small items in the pockets. There's room for items in the main compartment above the cooler area, about half the total space. Sometimes I like to ride the motorcycle to work and this works great for the ride, all in one pack. My only complaint is the cooler space collapses when the cooler is not inside the backpack. That means you need to remove everything inside the top area before you can insert the cooler, very annoying . I was able to modify the cooler storage area by glueing together some hardboard material to make a stiff enclosure for the cooler space. Two sidewalls with a top and a back wall leaving the floor and the front open to insert the cooler - works great. Everything on top stays up there when I remove the cooler. The insert can be removed if I want to use it as a full size backpack. Also by adding the stiff cooler enclosure, it gives enough rigidity to the entire backpack so when I set it down somewhere it stands upright, it doesn't collapse onto itself and fall over.Love all the pockets and perfect for carrying laptop. Lunch and more.I received my bag today and I am so in love with it thus far. I haven't yet used it, but I put all my stuff that I need to take to work and it fits well. I Love that it has many little compartments, a charger and the MAIN reason why I bought this bagpack was because it has a lunch bag that unattaches and I can easily place in the fridge during the work day. I will come back and review about durability, I hope it last me for a while, but for now I am so in love ...I originally bought this for work since I need to carry an extra uniform and my lunch. The lunch box is soft and collapses when in the designated compartment. Other than that it is well built.I would definitely order this again or for a gift to another person.I was about to cancel purchase because it was being delay more than expected but they eventually came thru my husband loved .I purchase it because he works outdoor and carrie's his tabletThis is a Christmas gift, so I don’t really know how good it is yet. But when I received it, I did inspect it, good quality and seems really well-made.
