My previous Chromebook constantly had grit getting under the keys, interfering with keypresses and possibly leading to the loss of one of the keys. So when I got a new Chromebook, I decided to get a keyboard cover to hopefully avoid that. It also seems like an easy way to add some fun and personality.I had imagined something more occlusive and adhering. This just sits on top of the keyboard (as appears to be the case with most similar products available, so I suppose I can't fault it too much). It definitely helps protect against spills to the center of the keyboard, but stuff can still potentially get in around the edges. It seems to fit over the keys pretty snuggly, but after months of use and being stored inside the closed Chromebook, it still doesn't lie totally flat.It does not interfere with typing to any notable extent. Since it doesn't cover the touchpad, it doesn't interfere at all with that. However, since it's just sitting there and not actually attached in any way, it doesn't stay in place if I'm using the Chromebook in tablet mode. That's kind of a pain, and discourages me from using it as a tablet frequently.Exactly what I was looking for!It serves its purpose. I love the color. It does move a little.I really like this keyboard cover and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't fit perfectly. There are some areas that will not stay down whatsoever but is not to severe. I think it's just a case of the measurement being slightly offWe order two of these for the 2 in 1 Lenovo Flex 5. Love the rainbow color but when used with the Flex 5 as a touch screen tablet the keyboard protector doesn't stay on very well.It does not fit as advertised. See photo. I would return it, but packaging up an $11 item is not worth my time. I was hoping that after a few days of use it would "settle in" but it has not.Keyboard cover fits the Flex 5 Lenovo Chromebook perfectly, doesn't adhere or suck stuck to the keyboard but handles the laptop to table conversion well. Silences the clacking keys.When I got the item I was initially willing to overlook the shoe print that was on the external package because of the brilliant colour. However, the product seemed used because it was a bit stretched out and had scratches on the bottom surface. I have a Lenovo flex 5, 13.3" and it is not fitting properly over the keyboard. It defeats the purpose of a keyboard cover. Not worth the price at all! Disappointed immensely!!!
