This bag is beautiful. Unfortunately the bag only comes with one key. The locking mechanism is broken. I was unable to use this bag for work as I couldn't get it to open easily. My key is now bent. To say I'm disappointed is understated. I thought spending this much meant quality.After two months of every day use, it still looks good. Works well too. One small thing to whine about: it pops open when slung over my shoulder if the release button is against my body so I have to make sure the button is on the outside.Sturdy, better-looking in person than in the product photos. Will absolutely buy again, and will be gifting this to a couple friends for Christmas. Please keep in stock!Sturdy enough for a few files. Doesn't feel or look cheap.Love. This. Bag.
